Hi, I'm Carla Griffiths
I'm the founder of Orchestrating Productivity, and I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by the very business you built to give you freedom.
My career has been all about one thing: helping organizations work smarter, not harder. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM), I've spent years in the trenches of corporate project management, digital transformations, and process improvement. I've led teams through massive organizational changes. I've implemented systems that saved companies hundreds of thousands of dollars. I've taken chaotic operations and turned them into well-oiled machines.
